At Smart Repair India, we strive to provide reliable, transparent, and customer-friendly home appliance repair services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which customers may request cancellations, refunds, or rescheduling of services. By booking any service with Smart Repair India, you agree to the conditions mentioned below.

By using our website, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.

1. Service Booking & Confirmation
Once a customer books a repair service through our website, customer care number, or WhatsApp, Smart Repair India will schedule a technician visit at the earliest available slot. A booking is considered confirmed once the customer receives an SMS/WhatsApp/call confirmation from our team.

2. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their service request under the following terms:

2.1 Cancellation Before Technician Visit:

  • If the customer cancels the booking before a technician is assigned, no cancellation charge will apply.
  • If the customer cancels after the technician is assigned but before the visit, a nominal cancellation fee may be charged to cover technician allocation and logistics costs.


2.2 Cancellation After Technician Arrival:

  • If the technician arrives at the customer’s location and the customer decides to cancel the service, a minimum visiting charge will be applicable.
  • If diagnostics have already been completed, the customer must pay the inspection/visiting charge even if they choose not to proceed with the repair.


3. Refund Policy:
Refunds apply only in specific situations:

  • 100% refund will be provided if the cancellation is done before the technician visit is scheduled.
  • If the technician is already assigned or en route, the refund will be processed after deducting the visiting charges.


3.2 Refund for Parts or Components

  • Once a part or spare item is installed in the appliance, no refund will be issued, as used parts cannot be returned to suppliers.
  • If a customer has paid for a part that is out of stock or unavailable, Smart Repair India will provide a full refund for that amount.

3.3 Service Dissatisfaction Refunds
If the customer is not satisfied with the repair:

  • Smart Repair India will offer a free re-visit within the warranty period to resolve the issue.
  • Refunds will only be considered if our team is unable to fix the problem despite multiple attempts.

4. Warranty & Replacement All spare parts used are genuine and covered under a warranty as mentioned on the invoice. Warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not apply to:

  • Physical damage
  • Mishandling
  • Electrical fluctuations
  • Damage caused after successful repair

5. Processing of Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 working days through the same payment method used during booking.
